Keep it Simple Training Company Ltd was founded and is run by Grace A. Graham. She has worked in various industries including music, recruitment, and education and has 30 years of experience in leadership and management within the public, private, and charity sectors. She gained her Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from The University of East London in 2013 and became a Fellow of the RSA in 2021.
Starting out as Impact Coaching & Consultancy in 2010, Grace rebranded and created Keep It Simple Training Company in 2018. It originally started to train Family Practitioners in using coaching skills for their work. Now Keep It Simple provides bespoke training consultancy, including Executive Coaching, for organisations that are working to implement racially inclusive work cultures. Diversity and inclusion in the workplace is at the heart of what we do.

Grace serves as the FSB London Region Diversity & Inclusion Policy Lead and as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at New Unity, the home of dissenters, Mary Wollstonecraft, as well as the birthplace of feminism.
Lecturing & Speaking
Grace is a big believer in social justice and has extensive experience in community development and working with marginalised communities. Grace lectures and runs apprenticeship programs on Management and Business Administration at New City College, London, and is a regular speaker at universities on business leadership and entrepreneurship.
